BSI Management Systems is the fastest growing division of the BSI Group and is now looking for an exceptional sales executive to lead business development in the state of New Sales Wales. Based in Sydney the individual will work as part of the Sales and Marketing function to drive business development and personally deliver sales revenues and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the existing customer base across all product lines including certification and training services
- Follow up on assigned leads and generate own leads through prospecting
- Actively manage a pipeline of opportunities from proposal development through to closing new business
- Support national and local marketing campaigns
- Follow procedures for the development and presentation of quotations and tender responses
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Manage all customer relationships in nominated sales territory
- Produce and submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports
Key skills and Experience
- Sales experience across small, medium and large enterprises
- Experience of selling business and professional services and ideally exposure to the training services sector
- Strong consultative solutions sales technique along with experience of operating within a competitive sales environment.
- Track record of success in lead generation and conversion
- Excellent customer facing skills with a strong focus in customer service and retention
- Ability to capture detailed customer requirements, develop quotations and tender responses
- Experience of using sales administration and sales automation systems
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
