Inside Sales Manager

BSI Management Systems is the fastest growing division of the BSI Group and is now looking for an experienced inside sales manager to lead business development from within its national head office in Sydney.  Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing the Inside Sales Manager will support the field Business Development Managers in lead generation and qualification whilst developing and closing their own portfolio of client opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Management, qualification and assignment of all incoming leads across certification and training services
  • Delivery of sales targets for certification and training service lines and development of a portfolio of clients
  • Proactive telesales campaign delivery including the management of in-house and out-sourced telesales resources
  • Provision of sales and information support to training sales agents and partner organisations
  • Management and ongoing maintenance of supporting sales Documentation
  • Respond to ad hoc customer service requirements of clients, working with operations and delivery teams
  • Analysis and reporting of monthly sales KPI’s

Key skills and Experience

  • Experiences inside sales or customer service executive ideally with experience of business and professional services including training
  • Strong telephone sales experience with a consultative solutions sales approach
  • Experience of operating within a competitive sales environment
  • Track record of success in lead generation and conversion
  • Ability to capture detailed customer requirements and develop quotations 
  • Experience or potential to manage internal and external telesales teams
  • Experience of using sales administration and sales automation systems
  • Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
