Nick Koukoulas - Managing Director
Nick joined BSI ANZ in 2008 as Managing Director. Prior to joining BSI, Nick held senior managements roles in leading private investment companies involved in the inspection, service and certification of maritime fire and safety equipment. He was also Director of a leading safety training organization. In addition Nick has held a number of roles in the not for profit sector.
He holds an MBA and a post graduate diploma in Industrial Relations.
Shannon Lane - General Manager, Sales and Marketing
Shannon joined BSI ANZ in 2009. Prior to joining BSI, Shannon held senior management, sales and marketing roles in a number of professional services organisations. He has over ten years experience in risk and information security management within Banking and Finance, Government, Law enforcement, Manufacturing, Gaming and Information Communications and Technology (ICT). Most recently, Shannon held CSO and CISO roles for a global gaming organisation.
He holds an MBA, a Masters in Computing and a Bachelor of Science degree.
Lorraine Orr – General Manager Operations
Lorraine joined BSI Australia in 2007, contracting as a Senior Lead Auditor in Quality and Information Security Management, before taking on the role of General Manager – Operations ANZ in July 2007.
Lorraine has over 20 years experience in Engineering, Business and Process Improvement in industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Government and Defense, Information Communications and Technology (ICT), and professional services. Previously, she has held positions as NSW State Manager and a national role as Information Security Program Manager at SAI Global. Prior to joining BSI, Lorraine has several years experience consulting as a Security, Risk & Business Continuity Practitioner with Securelink. For the last four years, Lorraine has been Company Director and Licensee for a small business in the Shoalhaven which holds Quality Accreditation through NCAC.
She holds a BEng in Engineering and an MSc in Project Management. She is also a qualified Lead Assessor.
Greg Bell - Financial Controller
Greg joined BSI ANZ in 2009 as Financial controller. Prior to joining BSI, Greg was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young working with medium to large businesses in the Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution, Biotechnology, Hotels and Property , Finance, Events Management, Not-for profit and Professional services industries. This included working directly with listed and private companies in US, UK and Australia.
Greg has BEc (Accounting & Finance) and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
