All management system clients have a Client Manager who will work proactively with you to ensure you get the best out of your management system.
Experience and expertise
Our Client Managers have considerable breadth and depth of experience based upon industry and sector expertise, giving them a core understanding of your business. We take great care to match the right managers to the right businesses.
New clients are matched with a Client Manager with relevant knowledge of both the industry sector and the standard to be assessed. Complex clients with multiple certificates and locations might have more than one Client Manager, in which case a co-ordinating Client Manager will also be appointed to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
The majority of assessors for BSI are employees, though in ANZ, subcontractors with current field experience may also be used and all are subject to comprehensive and ongoing training so that the highest levels of professionalism and expertise are maintained.
We invest heavily in internal training programmes to ensure our assessors stay abreast of the latest developments and provide you with the best possible expertise available.
After sales service
After each assessment visit, we ask each and every one of our customers about our service to ensure we not only meet their expectations but exceed them. If for any reason we do not, we aim to rectify any issues within 2 weeks of an assessment.
