BSI’s Management Systems Internal Auditor course is suitable for professionals aiming to build on their present knowledge of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or AS/NZS 4801 and give them the skills to evaluate the effectiveness of the management system in their organization. This intensive two-day course teaches the principles and practices of effective management systems process audits. An experienced instructor guides students through the internal audit process, from planning an audit to reporting on audit results and following up on corrective actions. Delegates gain the necessary auditing skills through a balance of formal classroom tutorials, practical role-playing, and group workshops.

Prerequisite
Prior knowledge of a management system standard, such as the overview provided in BSI’s Introduction to or Implementing courses or previous work with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or AS/NZS 4801 in an organization, is strongly recommended as a prerequisite for this course.
