The course is a CD-based distance learning programme. Based on the framework provided by the ISO 14001 series of standards, the course provides step-by-step guidance and knowledge to help implement and improve an effective EMS.

Each phase of the course provides an activity for you to complete. Upon completion, the activity is reviewed by a BSI Tutor and feedback provided directly to you. After satisfactory completion of all the phases you will be awarded the BSI Certificate in Environmental Management Systems.
