This two-day RABQSA accredited course teaches an understanding of the concepts of the ISO 9001 standard and how the requirements impact the day to day operations of their organisation. An experienced trainer will explain the clauses of ISO 9001 in detail, and through a series of interactive exercises you will learn how to meet the requirements of the standard and implement a quality assurance framework tailored to your organisation.

This course comprises the following RABQSA TPECS  Competency Unit whose outcome is certified by RABQSA:

• QM – Quality Management Systems

Delegates successfully completing this course receive a Certificate of Attainment for this RABQSA Competency Unit.

There is a written test at the end of Day 2 of this course. Detailed exam instructions will be provided. A Certificate of Attainment in the QM competency unit will be provided for delegates who are deemed "Competent". Certificates of Attendance are provided to those who do not pass the competency test, and delegates will be given the opportunity to retake the test. 

Delegates who have succesfully completed BSI's ISO 9001:2008 Requirements training course and gained the QM competency unit only need to attend the final 2 days of the ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor course. Contact us for more details.
