Risk Management Training Courses ISO 31000

Effectively managing risk can be difficult for most organisations. Many focus solely on negative risks, those that can negatively impact finances, reputation, employee health, brand, stakeholder views and compliance obligations. There are few organisations that also focus on the upside of risk management and embrace risk as as a potential opportunity for gain.

Without taking some level of risks, organisations can become stuck in their usual business activities and become uncompetitive and impotent to innovation. Similarly, without the capability to manage negative risks, organisations are condemned to failure, scandal and collapse.

BSI has released two new courses based on ISO 31000, the international risk management standard, designed to give you an understanding of the dual nature of risk and how to identify risks in your organisation.

If you are after an understanding of risk management or are looking at implementing a risk management framework in your organisation, we have courses scheduled on a public basis and can also deliver in-house training courses, tailored to your requirements.
